Hey Keki, not really while those progress pictures were taken, but since i dislocated my left shoulder playing rugby back in september i've had serious problems with it :S I've only just recently started training my upper body again and my strength has reduced dramatically. From being able to dumbbell bench press 35 kg's to struggling with 20 kg's... it's going to take me a long time to recover fully lol !
Great progress man. Just wondering do your have rotator cuff problems? because I noticed your left arm is always slightly lower in the pics.
