After a good lat workout, I attempted a new PR deadlift of 170 to improve on last weeks 160 kg dead lift...
I tried twice and failed, i was pretty depressed after that, but my workout partner lifted my spirits, so I'm not gunna let it get me down. Next week, I'm gunna hit that 170 kg!!!
Lately i haven't been getting good amounts of sleep and I've had a few bouts of headaches, so i guess that might be contributing to my poor lifts =*(, hopefully next week I should have gotten some sleep and feel fresh for some heavy lifts.
